Analysis Laboratories

Two in-house laboratories make constant checks on the raw ABPs and finished products, by putting them through qualitative and microbiological chemical analyses for the compulsory bacteriological and physical sanitary checks.

Equipped with the latest technology, our labs and conduct three different types of analysis and obtain the results quickly. As well as the traditional analysis, in just 60 seconds the latest-generation NIRS (Near-infrared spectroscopy) system of 2013 can determine the quality standards regarding not only meat and bone meals (MBMs) but also the animal fats intended for animal husbandry and as alternative energy sources, while the PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) process analyses DNA to rule out salmonella in MBMs.

Sample analyses on the results processed internally are commissioned from external laboratories so as to validate reliability and accuracy.
